The Manchu family, a prominent name in the Telugu film industry, is currently grabbing eyeballs in a serious public feud going into legal conflicts. Veteran actor Mohan Babu has filed a police complaint against his younger son, Manchu Manoj and his daughter-in-law, Mounika alleging that the couple is a threat to his life and is unlawfully occupying his property. During this ongoing controversy, Vishnu Manchu was recently spotted at the Hyderabad airport after returning from Dubai.
In a social media post on X (formerly Twitter), actor Vishnu Manchu was seen at the Hyderabad airport. When approached by reporters about the ongoing conflict between his father and brother, he stated that such quarrels are common in their family.
According to the news report, Mohan Babu claims that Manoj and some associates forcibly entered his residence in Manchu Town, Jalpally, causing a disturbance and intimidating staff. He expressed fears for his safety, stating that these individuals had threatened him and made him feel unsafe in his own home. Mohan Babu has requested police protection due to the escalating tensions.
In response, Manchu Manoj also complained to the police, asserting that he was attacked at his home when he confronted intruders. He accused his brother Vishnu of tampering with CCTV footage related to the incident. Manoj described the situation as malicious and stated that he and Mounika have always been independent and have never sought financial support from their father.
This is not the first indication of discord within the Manchu family; previous tensions have surfaced in the past.
